HSM系列高速制袋機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)采用基于Cortex-M7的高性能微處理器為核心的控制器，輔以各專用接口電路。與傳統(tǒng)制袋機(jī)相比，具有制袋速度快、定位精度高等一系列顯著特點(diǎn)。本系統(tǒng)切刀同步跟蹤主機(jī)運(yùn)行，具有 沖擊小、切刀壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；電氣的各項(xiàng)功能參數(shù)設(shè)置、調(diào)整方便，所有參數(shù)及故障情況均由觸摸屏實(shí)時(shí)顯示。 具有倍送、沖孔、計(jì)數(shù)、計(jì)米、輸送帶等功能，還有故障自動(dòng)檢測(cè)及報(bào)警停車功能。本系統(tǒng)適用于主機(jī)采用伺服電機(jī)， 獨(dú)立三牽引（兩浮輥三光電）和雙伺服切刀的各類制袋機(jī)。

HSM high-speed bag making machine control system employs a controller with Cortex-M7-based high-performance micro- processor as its core and supplemented by various dedicated interface circuits. Compared with traditional bag making machines, it is featured by a high speed of bag making, a high positioning accuracy and other remarkable characteristics. The system’s slitter works synchronously with the main machine and has such advantages as small impact and long service life. It is convenient to set and adjust all function parameters of the electrical equipment. All parameters and faults can be displayed at real time by the touch screen. It has such functions as skip mode , quantity counting, length (in meter)counting, punching and delivery as well as automatic testing and shutdown by alarm. The system is applicable to various bag making machines that use servo motors as the main machines and double-servo slitters with independent triple-traction(two ?oating rolls and three photo-sensors)
